What's the difference between a Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Starbucks Reserve coffeehouse/bar?

How many Starbucks Reserve locations are there?
There are currently five Starbucks Reserve Roasteries worldwide, located in Chicago, New York City, Milan, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
