COLOMBIA HUILA SALADOBLANCO

Juicy acidity, flavorful red currant and brown sugar with a subtle bay leaf note.
GEOGRAPHY: HUILA, COLOMBIA
Map image of Colombia

Saladoblanco is a mountainous town located in the Huila Department—one of Colombia’s renowned coffee origins. Multiple rivers pass through this region, creating a resource-rich environment for the family farms that rely on coffee as their primary source of income. This year’s crop had to be fertilized early due to a severe hailstorm in the area, but the resulting cup is a triumph. Although we’ve tasted many incredible offerings from Huila, these standout beans still took us by surprise. We’re excited to share a lively, unique coffee that showcases a range of acidities mixed with brown-sugar sweetness.
